Dolni Tsibar is a big village in the northwestern Bulgaria - the poorest part of the European Union. 99% of the villagers who live here are gypsies. Because of the desire of the local people to educate themselves medias were ironically called this settlement the Roma Cambridge. The film traces its everyday life for a year.
