Sergey Astahov is a well known blogger, self-proclaimed Orthodox activist, Putin supporter and... gay. No Place for Fools is an avant-garde, pioneer experiment in making a feature length film entirely of YouTube videos. It is a unique attempt in the world of cinema, which reveals the development of a real, but also constructed by the authors dramatic character, entirely and only through the montage of these YouTube videos.
In the Internet community Astahov is most famous with his funny semi-naked dances. In his film however, Mavromatti shows that his character is a much more complicated individual, while criticizing the superficial judgments we all make when surfing the Internet.
